What we collect
Only the details you enter in the quote request form: your full name, the organisation or company, the VAT ID (optional), the email, the phone number, the town, the county, the message (optional) and the products with the chosen quantities. The site has no visitor accounts.
Why we use it
To send you the requested quote and discuss it with you. The legal basis is the consent you tick when sending, and the steps taken at your request before a possible contract.
How long we keep it
The request goes to a consultant, in the internal ticketing system. In the site's database, the contact details and the message are deleted automatically a limited time after the request has been passed on to the consultant; only the products and quantities remain, without personal data.
Who sees it
Only the consultants who prepare the quote. We do not sell the data or pass it on for marketing purposes.
Security check
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated programs. Turnstile processes technical data about the browser and the connection, under Cloudflare's policy.
Your rights
You can ask for access to the data, its correction or deletion, and you can withdraw your consent, by writing to us at the contact details below. You have the right to complain to the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
